Headmistress here at Rest in your Wild school for the sacred healing arts. I have been sharing, teaching and learning the sacred healing arts for almost two decades now and this course is perhaps my most heart-led offering.

I’ve taken the most vital, healing and transformational knowledge and wisdom I’ve acquired from my vast education in the various healing modalities and certifications I’ve studied over the years and compiled it into this in-depth course for you. Over the course of my lifetime I have felt worthless, powerless, fearful, anxious and depressed attempting to find meaning in my life.
