Announcing The Wild Heart Podcast!

Hello dear reader,

I’m deeply excited to share with you a project that has been brewing behind the scenes for a while and that is my brand new podcast!!

For a while now I’ve felt a quiet stirring happening within many of us… a longing to come home to something more real and tangible and true within ourselves.

Home to our own rhythm.
Home to the soft pulse of our earthen bodies.
Home to the wisdom that’s been whispering in our bones all along.

It’s from that place of remembrance that I brought The Wild Heart Podcast into form.

I’ve created this space as a gathering place for women who are ready to reconnect with their innate wisdom, awaken their intuition, and honour life’s sacred cycles. Through soulful stories, healing practices, and everyday ceremony, each episode invites you to rest more deeply into yourself. To remember who you are beneath the noise, and to rise with your wild, untamed heart leading the way.

You’ll hear reflections on intuition, healing, nature’s rhythms, letting God lead and the ancient threads that weave our modern lives back into harmony. Some episodes will feel like quiet tea by the fire; others will guide you through practices and rituals that nurture the soul.

My hope is that The Wild Heart Podcast becomes a sanctuary: a place you return to when you need to remember your truth, your beauty, and your belonging. Where you can feel inspired by the ever-present undercurrent of your life that brings awakening and grace to your path.
