The Intuitive Path Framework: Your Guide to Natural Healing

Nov 16, 2025

I would say that I am seasoned in the realm of healing work. I’ve devoted my life to embracing a path of healing for myself but also to teaching others about how to heal almost anything in their life.

Before I get into this framework I’ve created that is the foundation of my upcoming course The Intuitive Path, I want to share with you my view and definition of healing.

Healing is the capacity to be with yourself.

At first glance this might sound a bit odd because we have developed this idea that healing is seeing a doctor, or going to a healer or taking a pill… but when you really peel back the layers of what we are doing we are always on a journey of returning to wholeness by learning to rest into the depths of who we are – mind, body, soul, heart, spirit. At any given time, the sacred terrain of your own body, mind and soul are leading you deeper into truth and the freedom you seek.

The etymology of the word healing comes from the old English word haelen meaning “wholeness” or “to make whole”. There’s also the Proto-Indo-European root koyl which means “safe” or “unharmed”. These terms are vital to how I integrate healing into my work as a teacher of the sacred healing arts.

Healing is being with yourself. All of yourself. It’s remembering that you are whole right now and to heal is to return to the remembrance that as you are right now is already whole. The light and the dark, the pain and the pleasure, the joy and the sorrow. It’s all a part of the greater picture of you. There is no fragmentation, there is just the knowing that God has made you whole as you are. Which is why healing is being with yourself.

That could mean sitting with the pain of your past, the trust that there are imbalances in you physical body or the understanding of a mental pattern. It looks unique to all of us.

So much of the time I find that people don’t heal because they are too afraid to face themselves. They don’t want to look at the hard stuff.

Below I’m sharing with you my healing framework that works when applied to any type of conflict or problem at hand. As always this is purely recommendation and encouragement and not advice.

This is the foundation for my course for which it is named after - The Intuitive Path - and it is taken from the course word by word.

The Intuitive Path is my healing framework for any conflict or need that may arise that requires your attention and desire to return to wholeness.

There is no right or wrong way to this. This path embraces the understanding that you can be this AND that. We do our best to eliminate judgement, shame, blame and assumptions from this equation and instead turn to the understanding that God is giving you everything you need. It puts the power back in your hands as the beautifully strong human that you were made to be. No more outsourcing our power or relying on other people to choose the course of our healing and our life, you and God have the pleasure of making that choice.

This path blends your freedom as a sovereign human being, embracing a path of self-reliance and personal accountability WITH God’s grace and God’s plan for your life. Free will and Divine guidance all come together as one.

Without further ado, here is The Intuitive Path.

The Intuitive Path healing framework holds within it seven gateways, all of which can be completed in order or out of order depending on the urgency of the need at hand. It is recommended you start with doing it in order and then you cycle through the different gates as needed.

Pause | The Gateway of Presence

When a conflict arises, wait before acting. We’ve grown accustomed to responding, reacting and letting our triggers make decisions for us. When conflict comes, sometimes simply doing nothing resolves it. This also gives you the opportunity to tune inward to connect with yourself and with God on what your best course of action is.

Life often requires these moments of a sacred exhale. This creates presence, space, grace, regulation for your nervous system, a return to the heart and an igniting for the soul to speak.

Pray | The Gateway of Communion

Prayer is how we invite Holy union into our hearts and onto our personal path. This is where we connect with God in a deep, intimate and personal way. The most powerful prayers seek guidance rather than a direct answer. Prayer welcomes clarity and the knowing that you are supported by something greater than you.

Root | The Gateway of Grounding

Grounding is when you are connected to your body and your body is connected to the earth. If you aren’t grounded then you are more likely to give into thoughts of overwhelm, fear and panic. You are also more likely to give your power away to whoever is in front of you at the time - a friend, a partner, a medical authority or even a stranger. When you ground yourself you strengthen your will.

Grounding stabilizes your emotions, helps you feel safe in your body - an essential component to healing - snd it regulates you, anchors you and centers you, creating an environment when you can trust yourself once more.

Intend | The Gateway of Direction

Intention guides your entire life and when you hold an intention, it acts like a beam of light shining in the direction of what you seek. This helps you choose what you want to experience by conveying this to God. It helps you align with your desires - and actually know what your desires are. It calls your power back inward again, creating that self reliance, and it gives you the opportunity to declare your needs and desires to God. It transforms you from being a wanderer to an anchor.

Intuit | The Gateway of Inner Knowing

You’ve created a solid foundation and now you can clearly hear the voice of your soul. The truth that is likely sitting just beneath the surface waiting for the right environment to flow through.

It is here you work with God to discern the quiet, subtle and powerful nature of your inner voice. You recognize what your body is signalling to you, you follow your internal guidance, to strengthen your self trust and eliminate doubt. There is one way forward and with your intuition you can discern what that is for you.

Heal | The Gateway of Integration

When your intuition leads the way you can finally look at the options before you and choose what is most relevant to you. This could be consulting with a healer, seeing a therapist or even taking a medication to support your healing.

In practice this can look like releasing old stories, witnessing your patterns and cycles with compassion, getting to the root cause of the problem at hand, having a challenging conversation with your partner or reclaiming your joy and power... and so much more

Healing is a gentle remembering, a subtle return to wholeness… not a linear path of control.

Refine | The Gateway of Expansion

The cycle continues, the framework spirals outwards and inwards. Here you adjust as needed, you remove what stops making sense to you, you add in what is necessary, you explore new healers. Teachers and guides. You remember that your needs are always changing and as a result your methods must also change. You choose to evolve and expand into your next version.

Here, you embody your intuition, never in a rigid way… but moment by moment.

This framework honours your nature, God’s will and your free will as one. It is:

  •  Cyclical: like the seasons, the breath, the sun
  •  Sacred yet Practical: Rooted in soul and grounded in lived experience
  •  Embodied: Each gateway invites you deeper into yourself, not further into ideas
  •  Transformational: It takes you from survival mode to inner sovereignty.
  • Accessible: It supports women who are spiritual but grounded, intuitive but craving structure, heart-led yet overwhelmed.

The Intuitive Path is designed to support you to trust your inner guidance and have faith in your own unique path.

I welcome you to enrol if you feel called to do so.
